We are bringing back a Wild Woman favorite ... Guided Meditation Sessions!
Calm your mind, relax your body, and join Wild Women Outdoors on the second Sunday of January for a guided meditation session. Take a moment to breathe, unwind, and set new intentions for the upcoming week. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned pro, this one-hour session includes breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises, and a guided meditation that will leave you feeling grounded and rejuvenated. This is sure to be the best part of your week!
This session is open to everyone! All you need is a yoga mat and to come comfortable.
