Join Wild Women Outdoors and Integrative Health Coach, Kelsey Bailey for a virtual workshop on how to eat well and naturally energize your mind and body despite living living a busy lifestyle! This fun interactive workshop will have you excited to dive into your wellness goals and take the first step to feeling your BEST this Spring!


Kelsey has worked with dozens of women to help them bust out of the stress cycle, break up with dieting, and step into the healthiest most confident version of themselves! Kelsey shares real and practical ways to take control of your health. She believes that feeling GREAT should be something we experience without guilt, shame, or deprivation! Grab a pen and paper because Kelsey's workshops are known to be loaded with the best wellness tips and info!
