"Playing" in the dirt is shown to have many mental, physical, and emotional benefits too! Join us for an evening of "playing in the dirt" with DIY pots, vegetable or herb planting, and an encouraging wellness conversation with Integrative Health Coach, Kelsey Bailey. Fuel yourself for the adventures ahead!
