Hey there Kalispell area Wild Women! Join Wild Women Outdoors in partnership with Montana Health and Safety for an evening of education and time together as Wild Women! 
 
We will learn important topics such as: 
 - Winter emergencies/cold weather
-Topics as they relate to someone who hikes, camps, works, or recreates in the backcountry. 
-Assessment, Responsiveness & Documentation
-Winter Emergencies-Frostbite, Hypothermia, Shock, and Emergency Blanket use.
-Common hiking injuries-Sprains, Strains, and Fractures
-Hands-Only CPR refresher
 
The class will be both lecture and skill-practice-based. Skills will include Splint use, scenarios, and hands-only CPR.  
 
*Each Wild Woman will receive a free WWO winter gift.
