Join Wild Women Outdoors for an immersive winter experience in the snowy forest! Forest Bathing is the act of mindfully taking in the forest through the senses. This quiet, mindful experience is as relaxing as it is rejuvenating! Trail is SE of Helena. 1 mile Loop. Beginner Friendly. Pending snow conditions we will be in snowshoes. More details to come!
